Only one request per email address is counted. This means if you submit a request for one date, and then go back to add a second, it will cancel your original request for the first date. To add a second date to your request, you need to submit a new request that includes both shows.

If you want to change your original request, you need to submit a new request. You can submit a new, updated request at any time during the request window. To submit a new request, return to the event’s Ticketmaster Request page and sign in. Your new request will override any previous requests. We’ll only consider your most recent request.

You can cancel your request at any time during the request window. To cancel, visit the My Requests page linked in your email.No cancellations will be accepted past the designated end date.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged once registration closes and ticket requests have been confirmed. Each event may have different closing times, so make sure you check the details before finalising your request. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum possible total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets.

What if I don’t like the tickets I get?
