Requests are fully customisable. Search through all available options so you can take the time to find the right tickets for you. Once you’ve decided on your chosen tickets, all you need to do is tell us which show(s) you’re interested in, the type of ticket you want and your payment details. If your request is confirmed, your card will be charged, and we’ll send you instructions on how to claim your tickets so they appear in your Ticketmaster account.

Sometimes demand for tickets outweighs the number of tickets available, meaning that not everyone that submits a request is guaranteed tickets, but we’ll do our best to get tickets to as many fans as possible.

If you’re submitting requests for multiple shows, you’re committing to purchase all the tickets you’ve selected. This means that if you request two tickets at five different dates, it’s possible to be confirmed for all five shows and get charged for 10 tickets.

2.Enter your payment details. You won’t be charged unless your request is confirmed.

3.If your request is confirmed, we’ll email you to confirm that your card has been charged and you’ll receive instructions on how to claim your tickets so they appear in your Ticketmaster account.

What happens after I submit a ticket request?

We’ll send you a summary email that details the show(s) and ticket(s) you’ve requested. Your card won’t be charged at this time. After the registration period has closed, we’ll tell you if your request was confirmed or not via email. If confirmed, your card will be charged, and you’ll receive instructions on how to claim your tickets so they appear in your Ticketmaster account. All sales are final, and refunds and exchanges aren’t available so avoid requesting tickets you don’t wish to purchase.

What happens if my request isn’t confirmed?

Your card won’t be charged. There may be other opportunities to purchase tickets which will be made clear on the Ticketmaster event page.

Can I request tickets for more than one show?

Yes, you can submit requests for multiple dates where there is more than a single show available.When you do, you’re committing to purchase the ticket(s) if your request is confirmed. This means that if you request two tickets at five different dates, it’s possible to be confirmed for all five shows and get charged for 10 tickets.

I’ve registered for one date. Can I edit it and add another?

Only one request per email address is counted. This means if you submit a request for one date, and then go back to add a second, it will cancel your original request for the first date. To add a second date to your request, you need to submit a new request that includes both shows.

Can I change my request?

If you want to change your original request, you need to submit a new request. You can submit a new, updated request at any time during the request window. To submit a new request, return to the event’s Ticketmaster Request page and sign in. Your new request will override any previous requests. We’ll only consider your most recent request.

Can I cancel a request?

You can cancel your request at any time during the request window. To cancel, visit the My Requests page linked in your email.No cancellations will be accepted past the designated end date.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged once registration closes and ticket requests have been confirmed. Each event may have different closing times, so make sure you check the details before finalising your request. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum possible total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

The charge will be from Ticketstoday, unless otherwise stated on the request confirmation page or in your confirmation email.

What is Ticketstoday?

Ticketstoday is the official provider of Ticketmaster Request and is a partner of Ticketmaster.

What if I don’t like the tickets I get?

We’ll try our best to get you the exact tickets you want, or the closest fit, but this isn’t always possible. Tickets are allocated by the event organiser to maximise the number of successful requests, and your card will be charged at the time that your request is confirmed. All sales are final.

Can I transfer tickets?

In most cases, you can easily transfer tickets to family and friends. If the event organiser has restricted transfer, this will be published in the event details.Find out how to transfer your tickets here.

Why was my credit card charged before receiving an email confirmation?

Check the email you registered with and search for an email from Ticketstoday. If you still haven’t received a confirmation, your bank may be slightly ahead and post a charge to your account before our emails are sent out.

Is there a ticket limit?

This is event dependent, but most events will have a ticket limit. This allows for as many fans as possible to get tickets.

Can I register more than once to increase my chances?

Only one registration is required and registering more than once won’t increase your opportunity to get tickets. We only keep the last registration you submitted per email.

Can fans from outside the UK request tickets?

Yes, fans from outside the UK can submit a ticket request . You’ll need to sign up for a UK Ticketmaster account or have one already to claim your ticket(s) if your request is confirmed.

Can I purchase accessible seats?

Each venue has its own policies and facilities related to accessibility. Each event page will have the information on how the venue accommodates each guest and how you can prepare.

Why can I see tickets available to purchase on other sites before the general public onsale?

Many unofficial sellers will list tickets they don’t have, even before they go on sale. This is called speculative ticketing, and fans should avoid resellers that claim to have tickets before anyone else.
